Main Dish

- Ingredients: Chicken legs (or whole chicken), oranges, honey, soy sauce, garlic, rosemary, and fresh thyme.
- Steps:
- Prepare the marinade: Mix orange juice, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and herbs. Marinate the chicken legs for 2 hours.
- Roast in the oven at 200°C (390°F) for 40 minutes, basting with the marinade occasionally. Finish with high heat for a golden glaze in the last 5 minutes.
- Roast vegetables: Use potatoes, carrots, broccoli, and pumpkin, drizzle with olive oil and salt, and roast until golden brown.
- Plating: Arrange the roasted chicken legs on the vegetables, garnish with orange slices and fresh rosemary.

Dessert
Christmas Gingerbread Mousse Cups
- Ingredients: Gingerbread cookies, heavy cream, milk, chocolate, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and cream cheese.
- Steps:
- Crush the gingerbread cookies and layer them at the bottom of a glass or cup.
- Mix cream cheese and heavy cream, sweeten with powdered sugar, and whip until fluffy. Pour over the cookie layer.
- Add a layer of melted chocolate and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Drink
Mulled Wine
- Ingredients: Red wine, orange slices, cinnamon sticks, cloves, honey or brown sugar, apple slices.
- Steps:
- Pour red wine into a pot and heat gently. Add orange slices, apple slices, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and honey.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, ensuring the wine doesn’t boil.
- Serve in mugs or glasses, garnished with orange slices and cinnamon sticks.
